It's come from my 2 lovely daughters name

What is currency of the products listed?
All the prices in our online shop are listed in USD . To get a gauge for the prices of our goods in your country's currency (e.g. SGD, Euros, UK Pounds etc.), you may use the Currency Converter we have in our website (top left hand corner), or visit www.xe.com for the most up to date currency rates. Our website's currency converter allows you to view only an approximate value of the price in your preferred currency. Our currency converter serves only as a gauge and is by no means an accurate up-to-date calculation of currency exchange rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Internet Banking(LOCAL Order).Use your Credit Card for to make purchases at our web store, via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card via Paypal.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! Check the table at the bottom of this page for rates and estimated delivery times. Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to customs charges which you need to pay yourself. We are located in Singapore.
Estimated shipping durations (not including processing time of orders) are as follows:
For Singpost Registered Local Singapore Mail : 3 - 5 Business Days
For International Airmail to Asia Pacific Region : 11 - 15 Business Days
For International Airmail to European and USA Region : 11 - 21 Business Days
For International Express Worldwide Courier : 3 - 5 Business Days

Please let us know and we'll get it checked out right away.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
After you have checked out your order successfully, an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout. Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email Safe List. Check your Junk Mail folder if you still have not received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.
My order hasn’t arrived yet.
All orders are packed and shipped out from Singapore. within 3-5 working days and will then take the approximate times shown on the shipping table for delivery. Please allow 21 days before contacting customer service. If you’ve placed an order from outside the EU, the delay could be due to customs.
I need my order quickly.
If you're ordering items for a gift, please take delivery times into account (see table on top). If you need it sooner and would like to pay for priority shipping then just write us a mail and we'll be happy to arrange that.
I placed an order but I didn't get an confirmation email?
You will always receive email updates when your order is being processed, and after it has been dispatched. If you don't see anything then please check your Spam folder and make sure 'bearinice.com' is added to your safe list.

Are all items your website available at all your retailers too?
The answer is mostly no. They may carry a particular design from our range, but due to the limited quantities produced of each and every single piece and its particular combination, the chances of it are almost zero.
Can I hire Bearinice for a crossover commercial project?
We’re always open for new and innovative ideas! Simply email us through the contact form. Please note that a collaboration will depend on time capacity and suitability of the product or branding.

Do you make everything yourself?
I'm the only one sewing and making everything at the moment. From design - fabric printing - checking colors - sewing - stuffing...etc
How about the designs?
I do all the design work of course. Each character was drawn and coloured using Photoshop and Illustrator and watercolor . My lovely daughter Beatrice and Bernice and my husband will give me some idea too.
How do I wash a handmade soft-toy?
Hand wash is recommended. Otherwise, gentle machine-wash, in a laundry mesh bag and air dry.
